Clown costume – colorful panels and plenty of freedom of movement, five lengths

Clown Costume – Colorful from a Distance, Uncomfortable Up Close

A clown costume with a wide, relaxed cut and clearly defined blocks of color. Selection is based on body length, which is simpler than a table full of letters. Designed for a costume party, a haunted house, or a themed event.

Why choose a clown costume?

A clown costume works because everyone knows what it is supposed to represent. As soon as the design contradicts that expectation, the costume does the rest on its own. Nothing more than shoes and possibly a mask is needed.

• Freedom of movement in the shoulders and hips: the cut leaves room wherever you move.
• Clearly contrasting color blocks: the sections remain distinguishable even in low light.
• Shape-retaining fabric: the costume keeps its form throughout an entire evening.
• Five lengths to choose from: select based on the body length you measure.

A costume that comes through the door and makes the room turn to look.

Dark shoes underneath keep the contrast at the hem subdued. The cut is intentionally loose, so one size smaller often still fits well. Hang the costume up afterward instead of folding it.
