Levitation lamp - magnetically floating planet with warm light

Levitating lamp - a planetary sphere that rotates freely above the base

The sphere is held magnetically above the base and slowly rotates around its own axis. Its surface and craters are modeled on those of a real planet. The light remains dimmed and is suitable as ambient lighting in the evening.

Why choose this levitating lamp?

The appeal lies in the movement: the sphere does not touch the base. It also features a surface that stands up well to close inspection. If you want to combine a calm light source with an eye-catching feature, this is the right choice.

• Magnetic levitation: the sphere floats freely above the base, without a point of contact.
• 360-degree rotation: it rotates evenly and quietly around its own axis.
• Planetary surface: the texture and craters are rendered in detail, as a moon or Saturn.
• Three light colors: warm white, neutral white, and cool white are available.
• Choice of base: wood-effect oak or walnut, alternatively the illuminated Orbit-Glow base.

This way, the lamp remains a calm decorative object on the shelf during the day as well.

The lamp requires a level, stable surface so that the sphere can levitate properly. Its rotation is shown to best advantage on a sideboard or desk. Keeping it away from speakers and data storage media is advisable because of the magnetic field.
