Thermal curtain – tightly woven blackout curtain against heat and prying eyes

Thermal curtain - keeps the sun out and the room cooler

A densely woven curtain that blocks direct sunlight, thereby limiting the heat in the room. Because no light gets through, it also remains opaque from the outside in the evening. Seven sizes are available, from 80 × 100 to 120 × 120 cm.

Why choose a thermal curtain?

A south-facing room heats up at midday and barely cools down in the evening. Dense fabric blocks the sun before it reaches the floor and furniture, making a difference of a few degrees. The same density keeps prying eyes out in the evening.

• Dense fabric: blocks direct sunlight and slows the room from heating up.
• Blackout: comfortable in the bedroom and in front of a screen without glare.
• Opaque: even with the lights on, the room remains dark from the outside.
• Seven sizes: from narrow windows to wide window fronts.
• Heavy drape: the fabric hangs smoothly and does not billow when the window is open.

A window through which the sun no longer enters first thing.

Measure the width of your curtain rod and add one third so that the curtain hangs in folds. Hang it as close to the window as possible, where it works best against the heat. Creases from the packaging will fall out within a day.
