Travertine ceiling light – compact stone light on a wooden base for E27

Travertine Ceiling Light - a small stone light for bedrooms and reading corners

This compact ceiling light places a travertine shade on a wooden body and uses a standard E27 bulb. It sits close to the ceiling, making it suitable for the bedroom, study, or guest room, where a pendant light would be too much.

Why this ceiling light?

It is available in two sizes and three wood tones, allowing you to adapt the light to the room rather than the other way around. Warm 3000 K LED light makes the stone look soft rather than chalky.

• Two shade sizes: a shade 15 cm in diameter and 19 cm high, or a slimmer version measuring 12 cm and 17 cm.
• Three finishes: natural wood, walnut, or black for the larger version; natural wood or walnut for the smaller one.
• Standard socket: a single E27 socket, so changing the bulb is straightforward.
• Wide voltage range: designed for 90 to 260 V and therefore suitable for 230 V mains.

A piece of genuine stone on the ceiling makes a greater impact than its size might suggest.

Travertine has natural pores and variations in colour, so no two shades look exactly alike. The wooden body softens the stone and echoes floors, frames, or furniture in the same tone. Two lights side by side look great in a longer bedroom or above a desk.
