Travertine wall light - stone dome on a curved arm with wooden plate

Travertine wall light - stone, wood, and a gentle curve on the wall

A small travertine dome hangs from a curved metal arm mounted on a solid wood backplate. It emits warm, subdued light and fits beside the bed, in the hallway, or above a sideboard in the dining room.

Why this wall light?

The three materials balance each other: cool stone, warm wood, and a slim line of metal. Since travertine is a natural stone, the pattern on each shade is slightly different.

• Travertine dome: natural stone with unique veining and pores.
• Solid wood backplate: a warm surface that feels softer against painted walls.
• Curved metal arm: holds the shade slightly away from the wall and gives the light a light, airy appearance.
• Warm ambient light: a cozy glow instead of a harsh spotlight.
• Compact dimensions: approximately 13 cm deep and 18 cm high, making it suitable for narrow spaces too.

Clean lines, natural texture, and soft light - nothing more is needed.

Mount a pair on either side of the bed as reading lights, or place several in a row in the hallway for even, low-level lighting. In the living room, it complements the ceiling light by creating a second layer of illumination. Its compact size also makes it suitable for stairwells and entryways, where a larger light might feel cramped.
