The clock face measures 23.5 cm in diameter and sits in a metal case with two bells on top. The numerals are large enough to read without glasses and from your bed. The clock runs on a single AA battery, so there is no need for a cable to the bedside table.
Most alarm clocks are so small that you have to pick them up to see anything. This one can be read from the doorway. Thanks to its size, it stands out as an object in its own right on a sideboard or mantelpiece.
An alarm clock you will not have to search for on your bedside table.
Place the clock on a level surface, as its size and weight require a stable base. Replace the battery as soon as the hands start to stick to keep it running accurately. Wipe the clock face with a dry cloth; abrasive cleaners have no place on the metal.
Set it up and read the time from the doorway.
