Why choose an adjustable knee brace?

A pull-on brace offers just one level of support and slips down with the first movement. This one wraps around and tightens, so you determine the fit yourself, and it stays that way. The side stabilizers provide lateral support that a smooth sleeve cannot.

Put on the brace with your knee slightly bent so it is not pulled flat across the joint. Align the padded opening with the kneecap before fastening the straps. Hand wash and air dry; the hook-and-loop fastener lasts longer if you close it before washing.
