A pair of folding poles adjustable from 110 to 135 cm. When folded, they measure just 35 cm and fit in a daypack or suitcase. A quick-release lock secures the segments at the selected length.

Why choose folding trekking poles?

Telescopic poles remain almost a metre long even when retracted and stick out everywhere. These fold into three parts and fit in the side pocket. On the trail, they return to full length with one click per segment.

Adjust the pole so that your elbow forms a right angle when the tip is on the ground. Make sure all segments are fully locked before putting your weight on them. Rinse the tips after a muddy hike and leave the poles unfolded to dry.
